Can I switch between plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade from a direct purchase to add a maintenance subscription at any time. Lease-to-own customers automatically have maintenance included in their plan.
What is included in the 5-year warranty?
Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects, turbine blade replacements, generator repairs, and electronic controller failures. Normal wear and environmental damage may not be covered.
How does the Lease-to-Own program work?
You pay a fixed monthly fee for 36 months with no large upfront cost. Maintenance is included throughout the term. At the end of the 36 months, the turbine is yours to keep with no additional payment required.
Is there a cancellation fee for subscriptions?
Maintenance subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no penalties. Lease-to-own plans have an early termination option with a small buyout fee based on remaining months.
Do you offer financing for direct purchases?
Yes, we partner with several financing providers to offer 0% APR for 12 months on qualifying purchases. You can apply at checkout.
What happens if my turbine needs repair during the lease?
All lease-to-own plans include full maintenance coverage. Simply contact our support team and we will schedule a repair at no additional cost to you.
